What is manual lymphatic drainage?
MLD is a specialised massage therapy where the practitioner works on the skin with gentle circular, pumping or spiral movements. It stimulates the lymphatic system, which transports fluids that are vital to the defence of the body and it also eliminates toxins. The treatment is both preventative and remedial and can enhance your wellbeing. It is widely used for a general detox to help cleanse the body from the inside out, and as an energiser to boost performance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, but please be aware that cancellations affect our schedule and ability to accommodate other clients. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur no charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service fee.

Failure to notify us of a cancellation and a no-show will result in a full charge of the scheduled service fee.
